myspace

i'm only pretending to play guitar, the best i can strum is turn into by the yyy's (cool points=0)

if you've got good spatial skillz you can probably deduce that my room is pretty shoe box sized :P but i think it's to my benefit because honestly if i had more space, i'd fill it up with more junk haha. our house is pretty 70s - all the bedrooms are shag carpeted, the ceilings are pretty low and all the light fixtures have this yellow glass fitted around it so everything is bathed in this warm gold.

nothing fancy to report. spent the better half of yesterday's scorcher finishing zips and hems on the dresses and refitting this 50s dress i'm wearing in the photo! it was like XXL or something and a floor sweeper, but with a few extra darts here and there and voila! best part of it was that it was a steal at $3. for melbournites, definitely check out the op shops in the mont albert/surry hills area if not for thrifting, then for the absolutely gorgeous drive down mont albert road - the most beautiful trees completely line the street.

omgsh i am so sorry for not getting back to you at a reasonable timely manner! i don't get notified when i get comments for some reason.
Anyways - Hello =D thanks for dropping by my blog. Yeah Miss Lau stocks independant australian and nz labels. If you want to stock your dresses there (which are soooo cute btw) it may be possible dependant if we're in need of more stock (we've currently over-bought for winter) but yeah, do you have an ABN or do you make your dresses for fun? Cos I had to go through a rather long process cos i'm just a hobbyist. =)
